Nagisa Hashimoto

 

Originally trained in Tokyo, Chef Hashimoto has over 20 years
experience cooking Italian, French and Japanese cuisine.
He has worked in critically acclaimed restaurants in Tokyo and Toronto, most recently at ‘Celestine’, ‘Crush Wine Bar’ and

‘Hiro Sushi’. He has also been catering for the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto.
